OVERVIEW
If it is about crossing glaciers and being framed by large mountains, this circuit is one of the best in the world. Always in the shadow of Mount Fitz Roy and its satellite needles, we will cross the glacier for three incredible days. An unmissable adventure in Patagonia.
ITINERARY
Day 1: EL CHALTÉN – LAGUNA DE LOS TRES – PASO SUPERIOR
We start at 8 am picking you up at your hotel and from El Chaltén we begin the hike to Laguna de los Tres. On the way we will cross the viewpoint of the Río de las Vueltas and Laguna Capri.
We will enjoy the box lunch in Laguna de los Tres and then we will continue our trek, crossing over the Glaciar de Los Tres to Paso Superior, where we will set up our camp. We will enjoy dinner and then rest.
Hiking time: 8:00 hrs
Distance: 14,5 km
Elevation gain: 1,300 m (maximum elevation gain during the day)
Meals: Dinner

Day 2: PASO SUPERIOR – PASO DEL CUADRADO – PIEDRAS NEGARS CAMP
After breakfast, we will set down the camp and begin to cross the Glaciar Superior, up to Paso Guillaumet. From here we will have magnificent views of the Aguja Guillaumet, the Glaciar Marconi, the Cerro Gorra Blanca and the entrance to the Southern Ice Field.
From here we will descend to Piedras Negras. Upon arrival we will set up our camp and relax, before enjoying dinner.

Day 3: PIEDRAS NEGRAS CAMP – RÍO ELÉCTRICO BRIDGE – EL CHALTÉN
After breakfast we will start the hike down to Piedra del Fraile and from there to the Río Eléctrico bridge, where our vehicle will be waiting for us to take us back to El Chaltén. End of services.

The hiking times, distances and elevation gains are tentative.
Remember that each person will have to carry their own personal equipment, box lunch and water during all the program route.
